How can I fix a movie problem in my PC?
Downloading my camcorder's videos to my PC for the 1st time. When I open them from the PC with real player or quick time, I only get the sound, the image is black/striped. :-( The thumbnails from the camcorder's software are OK, but when I double click to open, no image. Playing the movies on TV works fine too. Followed all the tips from manual and online help, to no avail... what else can I do? It's a Samsung SMX-C10. The memory card is full and I wanted to clean it for Xmas :-(

have you tried playing it on vlc player? it plays most video formats.
