So i have a friend who i know isnt gay and would never like guys but the way he acts just i could totally see him gay. But i could never see him liking another guy cause i know he likes girls. Does it have a name to it?

It's called being a feminine straight guy? What else? You don't have to be gay to be feminine, and you don't have to be feminine to be gay. That's like saying that you have to be skinny to be pretty, or all blonds have to be stupid.
