Yappers, what do you love or hate about yahoo answers philippines?

It is a very good question.

If you gonna ask me.

I am not disgusted with trolls, in fact most of them are quite funny and witty.

Some of them will irritate you but somehow it gives you a good laugh.

They make this site more colorful, alive and interesting.

As long as they don't mess with me.

What I mean is a few of them hit below the belt and I find it very annoying.

It is okay that they sometimes generalize about something or some people, but if they gotten too personal and attack a single innocent person, for me that is very unreasonable.

Cloners are fine with me too.

I can get along with them here in YAP.

I have no objection to game-pointers as well.

Just let them do whatever they want to do.

Let them brag about their TC badge.

Let them be proud of their posted faces in the leaderbords.

Let them flaunt their high scores and rich the highest level.

Honestly, it is okay with me.

If that is what makes them happy then let them enjoy and fulfill their wishes and dreams.

And I am not definitely disgusted to those members who opposes my ideas.

I respect them.

But I want them to respect my opinion and ideas as well.

Honestly, I don't despise them.

As some people use to say "kanya-kanyang trip lang yan".

Let them do whatever they want to do and everything will be fine.

As long as it will not hurt other yappers it will be okay with me.

Some members here get irritated or annoyed with what the others do and say in this site.

It is because they involve themselves too much and let it enter into their " virtual life".

Those people should mind their own business.

Those members whom they despise are coming into their life because they make themselves involve with them in the first place .

It is the right of the other person to express themselves eventhough sometimes it is in a peculliar or in a stupid way.

The other person might find it offending but others might find it funny and worthwhile to read.

We should not deprive others to read it by reporting and having it deleted.

just because it is plain stupid or offending for us.

Some person who reads it might find it amusing.

We should not be kill joy, a hitler or a perfectionist.

If you don't want to read the answers, questions or comments,

then don't read it.

If you oppose to his ideas or are insulted by it;

then answer the question yourself.

Try to reason out, state your facts and tell your own opinion.

For me that is the best solution.

Don't be a traitor.

Do not make other accounts just to destroy the opponents.

While your original account seems innocent.

Also we should let the asker decide.

Or let the community vote.

I am very much aware about the cheaters.

But that is life.

We have to face it.

It happens everywhere.

If you don't want to cheat then don't.

Some people hate them because they envied them.

Remember you are what you do and not what you say you are.

What I hate most are those HYPOCRITES who are pestering this yahoo site.

They are the ones who are against something but are actually doing those very same things.

As what Filipino saying goes "Ang magnanakaw ay galit sa kapwa magnanakaw."

They hated the person's activities not because they are against it but because they are their competitor.

And the so-called top reporters who kept on nonsensely reporting other members' posts, questions, answers and comments.

Just because it opposes their ideas and opinions.

Or because for them they find those posts, answers or questions very stupid and irrelevant.

Or because they suspects that the other person is a troll, a cloner or a gmepointer, which normally baseless.

Or just because he does not belong to their clique.

Or because he is a threat to them.

I do agree with you as well.

I hate those person who destroy the reputations of other members.

That is the case if that member is not the one who started the fight.

But generally I love YAP.

Here you can see different people with different characters and personality.

You can read some opinions that opposes your own.

But we should learn how to live with it.

That is life.

But Juan, I have to say, hats off to you with your thorough answer.

I have learned to love YAP with all its positives & all its flaws, I know we can make it a better place by doing our part as a legitimate yapper & a part of this community, but what can I say, when Omniac says it best when he said that this is like a mini-Philippines--it is a reflection of who we are & in effect, anybody wanting to travel or visit the Philippines will be able to see the best & the worst in all of us--even with just visiting this (Travel)site first. So what more can I say but Only In The Philippines, right?

Love/hate. Mainly fruststation and occasional amusment. Most interesting sections are Books and Authors and Politics. Looking forward to a normal Books and Authors after the BD hype. LuthienT

I do not hate anything on Yahoo Answers. In fact, I appreciate Yahoo Answers for teaching me the values of patience, and understanding. That some people just want to have fun. I have learned to be unaffected the way I was before. Yes, even the tr*lls can be fun, and I do answer some of their Qs.

I'd love to give you things I don't like here, but as always, I'd be reported or tumbed down. So I'll just keep quiet. Maligayang Pasko sa Inyong Lahat!

Haha! Like they always say...different folks, different strokes. This Y!AP forum is truly one of a kind. Honestly speaking, I left this forum many times and told myself not to come back ever again but why am I here right now? I really don't know what makes me come back but one thing is for sure...Y!AP is certainly not a place to be for people who don't have enough patience.

I always look at this site (YAP) as a "Miniature" version of our country where you can find different attitudes of many Filipinos Different Beliefs and "Groups" as they say, You will see people with "CRAB MENTALITY" but you will also see a huge number of bright and OPEN-MINDED PEOPLE.... one thing is for sure.. I learned a lot from this site, from a certain people...and even from the trolls...

I hate those people with crab mentality, Narrow-minded and Bullheaded those who knows how to hit below the belt.. those people who said they'll make this place a better place but in fact what are they doing is the opposite...
