I have a 2005 Buick Rainier that won't start in the cold?

It flashes "Ice Possible" and simply refuses to start. The battery is brand new and if it's above freezing, it starts. They say to hit the enter button on the steering wheel to reset the system and it should start, but that does nothing. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a solution? Thanks!

My 2005 Ford Focus wouldn't start when it was freezing. I tried to depress the gas pedal and it didn't feel right so I opened the hood and found that the throttle was stuck. I moved it back and forth by hand and sprayed WD-40 on it and it worked for a while. Whenever I check the oil I now take the dipstick and lube the throttle with a few drops of oil. No more problems.
