anyone good at making outfits ?

i love fashion, but i am horrible at putting together outfits. i like abercrombie , hollister , aeropostale , pink by victorias secret , american eagle, forever 21 , and new york&company. i dont really have a budget so pick things that would look good together? or you could use polyvore.com , which ever you prefer. i am about 5 feet tall and i have brownish hair that goes to about my shoudlers. i am in high school , so nothing too revealing or anything like that. you can include things from other websites than the ones listed above also. please help (: thanks, and best answer will go to the person with the best outfit or the most detailed, ps- you can include accessories

Well if you love fashion i should recommend you FOREVER21 its the BEST shop! try wearing denim skinny jeans with a bright/dull color with a pair of boots or pumps.Mixing colors ARE necceserly . Jeans go with almost anything , so what you have to do is wear any dark colored shirt with a colorful scarf or colorful necklace

for the budget spend the most money on stuff you will use the most (wardrobe staples) slightly less expensive stuff for things you wear less often. You will see people often mix Abercrombie and Fitch and brands like that which are fairly expensive with other brands. For jeans especially, nobody cares if they are abercrombie or H&M as long as they look nice

Here's a suggestion: grey sweater dress, brown belt (similar to hair colour), black knee high socks, brown suede boots (because you are in high school i suggest either no heel or a hidden wedge heel)
