The first thing to do is to restart your computer. If it still doesn't open, hold down the Shift+CTRL+ALT keys at the same time and click the icon to open the program - Keep Holding Down The Keys. Click to go to the Editor and Do Not Release the keys until you see a pop up about rebuilding the program's files. Release the keys and click OK on the pop up.

I had this same problem with Elements 6 a few months ago. I found that if I clicked Elements Desktop icon to launch the program and then clicked on an empty space on the Desktop, it launched OK. I don't know why this works (I still do it) but there seems to be something about Windows hanging the program.

If nothing works, try uninstalling/reinstalling the program. ;-(

you attempt to place in components? perhaps your autorun has gotten grew to become off. With the document supervisor, Explorer if utilising homestead windows, flow to force with the climate disc, double click and locate the document titled Setup. BTW, i think of the force desires to be a DVD force, no longer a CD force.
