How did the term broadway (ace high straight) come to be?
I understand 'bicycle' or 'wheel' came from the bicycle deck, but where did broadway come from?

My understanding is because with all the different characters lined up (Jack, Queen, and King along with the 10 and Ace), it looked like a Broadway Show line-up.
I could be wrong. That's just the way I understand it.
