How do you prevent sneezing at that critical moment?

When you sneeze, you shut off for a split second or longer.Time won't stand still for you while you do your thing. What if, in that split second a fighter pilot had to shoot his target, a driver had to maneuver out of a tight situation, a photographer had to capture that moment? Can you Imagine Pavarotti having to sneeze in the middle of Ave Maria? They end up with a fiasco

To prevent the sneeze, you must hold your breath.  Whilst holding your breath, think of something that will distract you, and hold in your diaphragm.  Combining these skills will result in a victory over said sneeze, and will leave you free to carry on any suspected or unsuspected activities that may present themselves to you, at that instance.

I've heard that holding your breath during a sneeze kills brain cells... A brain cell takes 20 years to reproduce, so don't do this. Lol.
