If the Health care bill is SO great, Why are deals needed?

Americans - especially the PRODUCTIVE ones - DO NOT WANT THIS BILL...

The deals needed to be CUT so that the representative would have a way to either KEEP THEIR JOB

by bribing their constituents or have enough money so when they are unemployed in 2010 - they will be alright.

Health care reform is crucial for future propserity of American families. The cost of health care is atop the list of reasons for bankruptcy. So OK, the bill may not be perfect ... there is no panacea. For good governance, the Republicans need to step up to the table and contribute their best idea. this is bigger than democrats and President Obama ... its about American families. About Your relatives, your neighbors, your coworkers ... and yes, about your enemies too. At the end of the day, we all do want the same thing. Lets work towars it!

Joe Lieberman, Ben Nelson and Max Baucus are whores for lobbyist money. We arent pleasing THEM, we compromised all the benefits that were in the bill, to satisfy their corporate masters

Because it is a horrible bill. Even most democrats don't want this massive power grab by their far left wing. So the deals are made to buy the necessary votes.

Because many Senators are whores who just hold out for the highest bid. We need a giant red light put on top of the capital dome.
