I have a Kodak C813. I am having difficulty in finding the batteries for it. Is there an alternative I?

Or could I use any 1.5V alkaline AA battery ?

    Your best bet is to get Energizer Lithium AA batteries. They're expensive, but will outlast any alkaline battery many times over.

    Yes...standard alkaline batteries are fine. Seems a well liked camera.

    Everything I have read says get rid of that camera, it's a piece of junk out of the box.
