Why do black people age slower and live longer than white people?

Our skin has more melanin so its better and ages slower ; as for the 'live longer' thing, I think that's only for black women cause I once saw a list of the longest living black people and the whole top 10 was black women.

Whites as a whole dont live longer than blacks. White women live longer than white men,black women and black men,. Black men have the shortest life expectancy because homicide between the ages of 15 and 44 is their number one cause of death! But believe it or not! Black women live longer than white men!!!! Look it up!

Black people have a very low risk of melanoma compared to Whites and are least likely to die from it which makes Black people lucky. White people die more from melanoma, especially White women.

It's cause blacks have more melanin in their skin, that's all. I do think this as sort of an advantage for us, however, although we age slower, at the same time, whites generally have longer life expectancies than us, so in a way, we're pretty much even. lol

White people don`t have melanin so they age fast from sun exposure. Plus they are always stressing out about things like money and they don`t take time to realize the important things in life, so they go grey and have heart attacks, its sad.

I'm not sure about the living longer part..............but when it comes to the way we age, maybe it has to do with the melanin in our skin............that's my guess.............or ......either we are just blessed to look good until the day we die
