My 2 yr old female spayed yorkie/maltese is suddenly having accidents in her kennel at night.?

There is no blood in her urine, and it isn't unusual for her to have occasional accidents in her kennel & our house, but it's getting to be very frequent this is happening now. We've tried removing her water by 7pm but doesn't seem to be helping. She doesn't seem ill nor does she feel warm like she's running a temp. What do you think could be going on?? Really can't afford a huge vet bill & as soon as you take them in, this is usually what happens regardless. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Update:

I don't know if they're happening at the exact same time every night. Yes, we take the dogs out RIGHT before we go to bed and I refuse to get her into the habit of going out in the middle of the night. She goes for longer periods of time during the day than at night in her kennel and is usually fine during the day, after she's drank water in the morning.

Update 2:

Took her to the vet and $170 later there is nothing wrong with her. Vet said they can get the starts of a UTI and have it go away in it's own so we're just gonna watch her for now but we think it may be behavioral which means if it keeps up, the hubby will send her packing no matter what I try...ugh

Are the accidents at the same time every night.?

Maybe you need to start taking her potty before you put her in the kennel.

Then maybe take her potty in the middle of the night.
