    I would have suggested to purchase a ticket to "Brisas del Titicaca." This is a show in Lima that has all the traditional dances and costumes of Peru. I saw this show a couple years ago and it was great. You may want to check out their website but I don't believe they sell tickets online.

    The second suggestion I have is to buy your friend a book about Peru in advance so she can learn about Peru and all the great places to go and visit.
