Do you have the Parents of Invention Wrap? If yes, do you like it?

I saw this at a friends birthday party and one of the girls had her newborn in it. it looked great, and her baby was just so happy! If you have one how do you feel about it? It's on clearance at babies r us, and i've been trying to get a sling for a while since the bjorn we have is so uncomfortable now. my son is 9 months old and weighs 21lbs...you think he will be good in this sling? :) thanks for all the insight guys!

I have the Moby, which is similar idea, I guess. But like the other person said, the fabric shouldn't be bunched up on your shoulders like that. It will hurt. And it's hard to believe that it's so cheap. If you compare prices of other stretchy fabric wrap, you will see that they are much more expensive. But maybe you should give it a try, because it's so cheap. That way you will know if the baby-wearing idea is for you and what you should be looking for in a wrap. You can always return it, and if not, you didn;t waste too much money.

I use a moby wrap, I know if it bunches to that narrow on the shoulders (like the one in the pic) it KILLS my back and shoulders after half an hour, on properly it spreads wide so your whole torso supports the weight, I put it on wrong a couple of times so it was narrow like the pic... ouch. Also it doesn't look like you can adjust baby's height, do you really want your little one down below your boobs? You arn't going to get a good carrier for $20...you get what you pay for. Wraps like Moby, Cuddly, ring slings or Ergo carriers are my vote and favourite if you are looking for one.
