I Got a St. Patty's Baby!

let's say i buy an unlocked blackberry here in the united states. i want to give it to my mom in brazil so she can get a plan down there and we would be able to use blackberry messenger to text for free. also would she have to get the internet/web plan, or just a basic would work? would that work or not? i dont understand the whole GMS or whatever it is. i just dont wana buy one and she wont be able to use it...let me know, and thanks guys!

OK So i owe one credit card $2500, the other $2000...they both have around 15-17% interest. i just got my tax return and was planning on paying some/or most of this debt off. i dont know how i should do it. should i keep making payments but 3x-4x the minimum pmt amt, or pay one of the off and not the other....my mom said pay one off, and my MIL said to do the higher pmts on both. i really dont know how i should do it. can anymore be helpful? thank you so much.

My question is if you ever been on a 15+ hour flight, how did u do with the baby? what did do? lol. he's already active now and i can't imagine him when he's 1! other thing, should i get one of those frames for his car seat or just travel with a light umbrella stroller? I haven't been to Brazil in almost 9 years and I honestly don't know if they even use car seats...We dont own a car down there, so we would prob be traveling in buses...anything that might enlighten this travel would be graeat! tips, concerns, suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!

I saw this at a friends birthday party and one of the girls had her newborn in it. it looked great, and her baby was just so happy! If you have one how do you feel about it? It's on clearance at babies r us, and i've been trying to get a sling for a while since the bjorn we have is so uncomfortable now. my son is 9 months old and weighs 21lbs...you think he will be good in this sling? :) thanks for all the insight guys!

Hello! I am going for a second interview at a daycare! :) She told me I would be the floater which pretty much means i will be giving breaks to all the teachers and their assistants. Which means that i will be put in all the classes with all diff age groups. from babies to pre school age. I am a mom of a 7 month, yeah i play with him but it's not the same as a toddler, or a 4 year old. So i am asking you all to help me find some activities that will catch the kids attention, and of course to help me get the job!

so please give suggestions from the ages of 13months, to older toddlers, to 3 yrs, 4 yrs, to pre schoolers!

Hello! So this would be my first tat, and i have a 6 month old and my husband and i wanted to get matching tattoos to celebrate his birth!

our idea was since im brazilian, he's part irish and the baby was born on 3-17 we thought about a shamrock (green) and the yellow diamond/blue circle (which is the brazilian flag) inside the shamrock..and the stem kinda twist with the baby's initials...what do you think? is it stupid to get matching tats?

oh yeah where can i get it? i would like it to bigger than a quarter but not that much bigger...where do you think would be a nice/discreet place to get it done?

I have a bumbo and that's what we haven been using when we feed our 5 month old his rice cereal. And I dont want to feed him in the living room anymore (i dont trust the chairs i have in my kitchen to put him on it) And are the bumbos supposed to be like a booster seat? or what?!

anyways...Obviously he's gonna grow out of it soon enough and I was just wondering what to get next...What did u use that you would recommend? I want to get a high chair but i dont know if thats the best thing...My husband said he saw one of those "chairs" that you attach to the table and he thought it was "cool" LOL but i dont know how FUNCTIONAL they are....so anything you would want to share?

it's been really hard for me to pump using the manual one...and i was lucky that i got one for my baby shower and 1 at the hospital bc one of them totally lost the suction...so i am asking you moms that breastfeed, would you buy a used pump from someone you dont know? i have to pump at least 4 times a week, and sometimes during the day so my husband can have enough for our 4 month old son. i work nights so i have to get home and slave over the manual pump for a good 20 minutes. are the electric faster?

How long did you get your period after giving birth? I had my son on March 17th, and i am 100% breastfeeding and I havent gotten my period yet...i dont miss it particularly i just would like to make sure i am not pregnant! HAH...yeah not funny...

We are both busy moms and we also love to plan parties among our friends, so what better job to have than something we both love to do? Obviously I had to stop working, so that cut our income in half. We are both servers at a restaurant, meaning if we dont work we dont get paid. He now has to work as many hours as he can while I am home with our 1 wk old son. I feel so powerless bc I constantly have to ask him, where's the money for this and that.

It hit me yesterday when we went grocery shopping, we spend every single penny in his wallet. He had to start counting quarters to cover it. I felt like crying. I told him how i felt and he said "you make me feel like a failure." That just hurt me so bad, because I know it's not his fault, the economy is horrible and no one is tipping. I want to help him pay our bills I don't know what to do! There are so many scams out in the internet.

The main thing is, if any of you ladies feel or experienced the same thing, did you do anything about it? if yes, what did you do? How can I help him? Thank you, any advice really will be great.

I'm having my first child in march and since it's black friday soon i just saw on amazon lots of sales on baby things including car seats...i always knew i would spend a few more dollars on a convertible car seat and i really like this one. it has awesome reviews. but my question is does the seat come out? like will i be able to carry my infant son in it or i would have to get an infant seat regardless of purchasing this one?

I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and work as a server at a busy restaurant and today I noticed my heart beating so fast that i thought it was gonna come out...I had to leave work bc I was shaking and freaking out!...That has also been happening when my fiancee and I have sex...Is that normal?
