Why Does this happen to me?

Question

I'm a 26 year old Male Model who just recently moved to a new city in a new state. I moved here about 2 weeks, gonna be 3 weeks on thursday. The place is beautiful, BUT the neighbors are weird and........ Mean? My whole neighborhood just gives me "the finger" every morning i get up to go to work. I'm not disrespectful or anything to them, i greet them every morning and sometimes at night when i see them. BUT every time, they always give me the finger.... What do i do?

why cant you ask them, that is if they arent armed or like 10 feet high XD
Maybe a rumour got out (from reading what the others had said), or they feel that you get it easy in life, and they are stuck behind a screen from 9 till 5 on bad wages. 

but seriously, next time someone does, just go and ask them, ask them what their problem is, not aggressively ofcourse. if they say what the rumour was, just act seriously offended and shocked. may work.... you never know until you do it =)

If your a model them a rumor could have gotten spread! Just confrot them next time someone does that just say hey what the hell is you problem why do people hate me and keep giving me the finger let them know that your tired of it and confront them about it. also ask them what you did and what you can to fix whatever happend

Just be who you are and ignore the people with a small mind and walls around their own brain. it should not affect your life. Small people are always judging others

you have the right to be weird just like your neighbors.  Since we don't hear their side of the story, maybe you should fess up and tell us everything.
