Start brushing with baking soda instead of toothpaste. Then, make this recipe. Combine in a small glass bottle that has a dropper (I salvaged one from some other tincture that I finished, thoroughly washed and allowed to dry):

7.5 to 8 mL (approx 1/4 oz) sweet almond oil (and you can use it for cooking too!)

140 drops EACH of peppermint and spearmint essential oil

5 drops of clove oil (this is hard to find but is key)

2 drops of grapefruit seed extract

4 or 5 drops of anise or fennel oil

Shake well before using and keep in dark place. Label with the date you prepared - it keeps for several weeks.

First brush with baking soda. Add 3 drops to a small bit of water and swish for a minute, like mouthwash. Next, put 2-3 drops on your toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes. Finally, a couple more drops swished around (with your saliva it creates enough liquid to swish), it coats your teeth to help repel food.

Do this 3x/day until your pain subsides, then 1x/day is sufficient, until you can get to a dentist to diagnose the problem. Advil wouldn't hurt either.

Disclaimers: I am not a medical professional. "These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease."

get a warm rag and bite down on it softly. Go to CVS and buy a tube of benzocaine and rub it on the gum around the tooth.
