Is it just me or is hockey the best sport ever?
I play basketball (which I regret) and I've now been to three straight hockey home games and one away for my high school and is hockey so amazing all of the time? Is it worth it to start playing rec hockey?

Hockey is awesome. And don't frown on basketball. Hockey is my favorite sport, but I was a much better basketball player when I was young. So I played that when I was in school. I played street hockey when I got home. It was real popular in the early to mid 90's. Don't know if it still is or not. And we played floor hockey in gym class. But I was a good small forward in hoops. I still enjoy to shoot baskets. I also played baseball, and I never watch baseball.
Playing ANY sport is fun. So I'd say yes, take up hockey. Hopefully you are a better skater than I am. I was real sloppy with it. Which makes me appreciate hockey players far more since I'm not so good at it.
