it can flatten it helping it appear less thick...it is best if you pin it up and flatten the bottom section entirely then the middle then the top that way you can work the straightner next to your scalp...if you WANT thinner looking hair. (which also means it will be very flat)

yes it can make it seem thinner bcuz it's flattening them out. also if you use one for a long time it can break off hair which actually does make the hair thinner.

yeah make sure to take ur time

apply some heat protector

and straighten kinda slowly to make sure its straighten good

and kinda brush your hair before straightening it
