1 - 1/8 - 2/3 = 5/24
$200 * 5/24 = 125/3 ≈ $41.67
Answer (a): $41.67
$200 * 1/8 = $25
Answer (b): $25.00

1/8 of 200 is $25
so minus the $25 and you have $175
1/3 of $175 is about $58.33 so 2/3 would be $116.67
So minus that from the $175 and he has approx. $58.33 left to spend
