Is there such a thing as a mentally challenged dog?

Just wondering.

    there is a condition in certain dog breeds such as a cavalier king charles spaniel, where the skull is too small for the brain to expand and becomes mentally challenged. It is painful and their brain is unable to grow to it's full size. Sometimes they do a procedure to let the brain expand but it often kills the dogs.

    It really depend on what you're trying to interpret but what i took "mentally challenged" I guess you are demeaning like not the average dog. I was at a Kennel the other day, and there was a "mentally Challenged" cat, she had a brain issue where one time she would be really happy, but then she would be really tired and she was always sleepy

    Of course. Most mental deficiencies would root from poor breeding.

    Although, what many people deem to be "mentally challenged" in a dog is more to do with lack of training than anything.

    My canine is mentally unwell and has constantly been, they are able to die from stupidty cuz my canine ran as much as a rattle snake and tried to play with it, then sooner or later it walked into the water nd couldnt swim

    yes. My daughter use to have a dog at her dad's house that was the stupidest dog I've ever seen.
