Paid for items, they never arrived, website is down- now what?

I bought three items off of a body jewelry website called TongueStud.com. I paid for them November 20th; now, the website is down, and I still have not received my items. I do not think the website was fraudulent; it was very professional, and had good reviews. I think the business may have crashed. What should I do? I would really like my items or my money, but I have no idea how to go about getting either... I have no phone number or email address to contact them with, as the receipt was accidentally deleted from my inbox. What should I do?

Update:

russellkil- is asking for advice complaining??

Contact credit card company (or paypal) - you can ask them to dispute the charge while you are trying to work on a resolution with this company. You should also be able to get the phone number/email address from the credit card company. If you call / email the company and don't get anywhere, tell the credit card company the status and they will refund your money.
