could this be breast cancer?

I am a 29 year old mother of 4 (all breast fed).

At 36 my mother had breast cancer. Hers started out like a spider or bug bite on the side of her right breast and after it "exploded" she went immediately to the Dr. and found out what it truly was. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with 2 types of cancer-cervical, and Papillary in my right Thyroid lobe. I had them both removed and had radiation for the Thyroid and went on my way. 5 weeks ago I started experiencing pain in my right breast. It was a constant pain and any amount of pressure would make it more apparent. It felt similar to the breast engorgement I experienced while breast feeding but without the swelling or leaking. I was doing a self breast exam last night when I believe I found a small pencil eraser sized lump down underneath my nipple quite deep in the middle of my breast. My question is: has anyone experienced alot of constant pain with their breast cancer? My mother did not. I will be going to the Dr. next week but until then I am trying really hard not to freak out. Any info or experience related comments would be so appreciated.

Pain is not often associated with breast cancer, but it does happen with some women. Did you start breast cancer screening before now? Has anyone else in your family had breast or ovarian cancer? Your previous cancers have little relevance to this situation. However, your mother was very young to have breast cancer and that would make a doctor be more cautious. You should know only 20% of women diagnosed with breast cancer have a family history of it and at your age the odds are greater than 1 in 10,000. So to answer you – yes it is possible, but it is not very likely.

we don't comprehend the reason. If we did, we ought to have the flexibility to evade it and take care of it extra effectual. indications are uncommon. I had a pink rash modern from the tumor inflicting tissue variations. The lump advance into fairly great yet my checklist not at all detected it. No concerns however; this is totally treatable, high quality now.
