Hindus : Soul, being attribute-less, can it carry the karma charateristics to next body?

Soul or "I" is supposed to be part of all pervading soul or "I" or God and is supposed to be attribute-less. Otherwise God Himself will be full of our karma characteristics. Then is it the soul (which is suppose to give us the life) the carrier of karma characteristics to next body ? or is it the mind, which retains the karma characteristic, carries the same to next body ?

Please mention the philosophy (dvaita, vishita-advaita and advaita) of your answer.

Question is for Hindus and people knowledgeable in Hinduism.

    FRIEND,

    I AM A HINDU.

THE SOUL IS PURE LIKE CRYSTAL AND WILL NOT CARRY ANY THING .

IT IS SUUKSHMA SHAREERA AND MANAS THAT CARRY THE VAASANAAS OR KARMA PHALAMS CALLED DURITAM.

    MERRY CHRISTMAS

My dear friend firstly am not into any philosophy so whatever am telling is purely based on my understanding

Soul is nothing but the all pervading consciousness though it is confined in human body it'll carry all our imprints.Enlightenment is meant to remove all tese imprints, one will not reach God unless he is enlightened. Our mind is nothing but our ego which retains everything including our soul

    Good luck

there are two "I". One is "i" our individual ego and the other is "I" the universal soul and both are attributeless and does not carry memories of karma to the other body.

The resultant karmas and their impressions are stored in chitta (sub-cons) and on death the individual soul leaves the body with chitta, mind, intelligence and 5 pranas

Due to maya this little "i" feels itself attached to chitta, mind and intelligence and takes itself as doer and enjoyer of karma. This is called Adhyaas (false attachement)in hinduism

Hence the karma are done by Prakriti, enjoyed by prakriti, but our individual souls is bound to prakriti through chitta and hence feels itself attached

By meditation and yoga, this bond can be broken and little "i" find itself always free

(from Sankhya, Vedanta, and Shakta philosophies)
