I really need help with my phone?
Okay, so I have a used phone and it has a password that I don't know. How do I reset it? I have my PUK number. By the way the phone is the Samsung Eternity for att. Thanks!

If your phone has already locked up, it should be asking for the PUK code. The brand of phone doesn't matter; the PUK code is a function of the sim card. Once you've put the PUK code in, the phone will ask you for a new security code, so be sure you have one in mind before you start. Otherwise, it's pretty straightforward, and generally self-explanatory.
Good luck!
