How does one treat ingrown hair on an inaccessible spot?

I have a pimple / ingrown hair most likely on the right butt cheek and it feels like im sitting on a nail :p

But its position makes it hard for me to squeeze it out or something, so is there anything I could apply on it to calm it down?

    Sounds to me like you need a VERY good friend.

    you could try to use a scrubb on your face whic opens the pores and then try to take it out with a tweezer! That worked for me!

    Warm compress and antibiotic ointment.
