TNA, because they try to feature as many of their performers each show as they can, can come off as a bit random, a bit haphazard, jumping from one segment to another pretty quickly. This causes some people to consider TNA "chaotic" and disjointed, and sometimes illogical. But watch for a while and you will find that TNA is more well-balanced than any of the WWE shows. TNA pays as much attention to the Knockouts and the Tag Team divisions as they do their main events. TNA HAS put the X Division on the back-burner recently, in favor of building up more main eventers, but on the whole we get more variety with TNA than we do the WWE.
TNA also features more, and more varied, wrestling styles; there isn't so many "same old same old" matches in TNA as there are in the WWE.
TNA is a more "mature" wrestling show, aimed more for adults than the WWE's target of being "safe" for the whole family.
So yes indeed, TNA can give the WWE some competition. Especially for those who are rather bored with the repetitive and predictable fare Vince has been presenting. This "head to head" battle has been getting a lot of press, and will probably attract quite a few curious about this TNA they keep hearing about, and they'll check the show out.
If Vince loses even a few of his regular viewers to TNA, he will be forced to step up his game, and the WWE shows should improve.
TNA, despite the addition of Hulk Hogan, is still too small to cause any real harm to Vince's empire. Hulk Hogan will NOT attract millions of viewers and put TNA on top overnight. Hogan was the biggest wrestling star in the world 20 years ago, but really, he is a relic from the past, no longer relevant to today's wrestling business. There will be an initial spike in TNA's ratings but that will go away once the curiosity and nostalgia wear off. TNA may some day be considered equal to, or better than, the WWE, but that day is far into the future. The WWE is just too large and well-known for ANY promotion to knock them out of the top spot.
WQ: The Rumble, I believe. Just a guess, though. I really don't know when he'll return. The Rumble just seems to be the perfect event for it.
BQ: I only know her from her work on King Of The Hill. But given her young age, it was a shock. So far, it doesn't seem to be caused by illegal drugs or "foul play"; we'll just have to wait for the official autopsy report.

Besides the Tag Team Division and the Knockouts Division, they maybe have some competition.
All they have to do is:
Have Good Matches of the Night{Especially the Main Event}
IF Bret or The Rock doesn't show up that day, then TNA have some Advantage
Backstage Promos and Interviews should NOT be LONG.That's what TNA ALWAYS do
Make sure the matches are about 15 to 20 minutes long and the matches make sense
Make sure the Main Event is Fun,Great,Crazy, and Surprising
And Finally, make sure the WHOLE SHOW has some surprises.
WQ:Don't know.I just know he will come back NEXT YEAR
BQ:I was shocked at that.I was looking on a video on youtube and it said on the side,R.I.P Brittany Murphy. Then i go to google to see what he was talking about, then i said,OH,HER?So i was shocked.

TNA can give the competition, especially how crappy the WWE has been.TNA has more wrestling, less of the chatter,The Knockouts except Lacey Von Erich can wrestle and with all the wrestlers that are planning to be apart of TNA cause of the move to Monday night, now it's gonna push the WWE to actually put on good shows and not that,we're the only show in town so deal with what we do attitude.

No. Even though Hogan is a big hit with wrestling fans, he can't compete with the popularity WWE brings to television every week. WWE has also recently acquired Bret Hart, who one of the greatest in wrestling, so it should be something to see.
WQ: The Smackdown after the Royal Rumble PPV
BQ: Pretty shocking and instant, but R.I.P. Brittany Murphy.

Yes of course TNA could hurt them. This is life and in life you can never say never.TNA have signed Hulk Hogan, which will bring fans to TNA,even if they don't want to admit it.Hogan will bring more ratings in for TNA,well for a while.
You just have to Remember WCW,Ted turner red hair bastard. They were losing tons of money and when they want to war with WWE,people thought they couldn't do it but WCW nearly put WWE and Vince McMahon out of Business, how close only Vince McMahon and his lawyers know.
TNA can do it.They can't allow Hogan to run the promotion, otherwise it's closed doors for TNA.Hogan needs the money and that's the only reason he signed with TNA.Dixie Cater is a strong leader, she knows what she wants.
She must keep control in TNA,because Hogan and his buddies Kevin Nash and Scott Steiner and who else he brings in will rape and bleed TNA.TNA is testing the waters on January 4th.They are tying to see if fans will chose TNA over WWE.Dixie needs to build this up.Because if she starts this war on January 4th than they will lose it.WWE has more of a fanbase than TNA do.
WWE can close down TNA in three months or so.But if TNA wait Six months to a year, let ratings and the fanbase slowy raise and than Attack WWE,than we might see a full war where TNA could hurt WWE.
But like i said, they need to wait or else they will suffer

Ya because It happened before when it was WCW vs WWF so it could happen on January 4 2010
and plus TNA has one advantage that wwe doesn't the PG 14 thingy. With that they could do a lot more things then having the company as in Pg.
I'm not too sure but i think he will come back before wrestlemania 26.

Yes they can, have you seen RAw lately. WWE sucks right now if they keep on doing what they're doing. They will eventually have problems with TNA.
Edge will make his return next year. Their was a rumor that he wwas supposed to return around the Royal Rumble but I don't know. His injury takes a whole to come back from.

I hope so, but I think the WWE is just too popular, and TNA can't reach out to what-would-be fans.
WQ: Hopefully to win the Royal Rumble? If not, then hopefully by Elimination Chamber(No Way Out).
BQ: I dunno, I don't know any of her movies? anyways, R.I.P. =(

Nope because the signed Hogan, who will be the death of TNA just like he was for WCW

TNA has absolutely no competition to begin with. TNA is just a bunch of washed up WWE stars. this would not hurt WWE at all.
