how do i change a M4P itunes music file that will work on an older MP3 player?

i have an older MP3 player new out of hte box. i would like to let my kids put some of the music that i have on my computer on this new MP3 player. I got it for them because it was so inexpensive. the problem i have is all my music is in my itunes file as an M4P file and this older MP3 player dosnt recognize the music files. i need help to convert these files so they will work. help Christams is comming soon

    Download Any Video Converter. Then just convert them to mp3.

    Burn them to Audio CD then rip them with a default of either .WMA or .MP3. Or download a conversion program. If they aren't going to be crazy about your music anyway, buy a $15 eMusic card for 30 song downloads. Kids love picking out their own music and they love gift cards/certificates.

    Your music isn't in MP4 - that's a video format. Your music is probably in AAC. You may be able to convert using programs like quick media converter or erightsoft super.
