Since getting divorced 4 years ago, my ex wife has continually made it difficult for me to see my boys. she has moved out of state several times always trying to find greener grass somewhere else. as part of our divorce decree since she moved out of state she has to pay all the travel expenses for summer visitations. my home state and the place of our divorce is in Alaska so travel can be expensive and she always complains that she does not have the money to fly them up. in 4 years i have only had one of my sons come up for a summer visitation.

She has continually made it difficult for me to have the relationship that i always wanted with them. she buys them gifts all the time and allows them to do what ever they want. I was never raised that eevery timeyou go to the store is time to get your kids a new toy, but that is what she does, and even now that they are 13 and10 this pattern continues. and i know its the $1,600 i give her every month that is allowing her to buy these things.

my question is if i gave her my boys, and no longer had any influence in ttheirlife, in exchange for her no longer rreceivingchild support, could this be done in a nnotarizedletter, or would it require a court document. I know that the court document would be the most legal way, but if it was done in a nnotarizedletter could she still come back years latter and seek back support?

Can i donate all of my holdings in an ESOP (s) corp to a 501c3 and avoid the tax and penelties for early withdrawl? i am currently 43 years old

I have found a lot of tabs for the guitar part for dueling banjos, but i am not finding anything that shows the blue grass strum pattern in the last half of the song. any help would be great

due to limitations on sapace i need to provide an dedicated circuit to the top and bottom circuit on a duplex receptical. this can ba achieved by breaking the tab on the side of the receptical, and by following NEC 210.1 (b) using a two pole breaker to feed the receptical i can meet code.

My question is this. the receptical is out doors and needs to be GFCI protected. if i install a 2 pole GFCI breaker will i end up with nusience tripping, this is on a 3ph Y system.

I am a master electrician and contractor in the united states. this fall i will be traveling to Peru on a mission trip for my local Church and performing the wiring on a local chruch project. As a master electrician i know the voltage and frequency differences. what im looking for is what is a good resource to find the difference in wiring pratices. I want to make sure that not only is my wiring functional and safe, but i want it to be right too.

i have an older MP3 player new out of hte box. i would like to let my kids put some of the music that i have on my computer on this new MP3 player. I got it for them because it was so inexpensive. the problem i have is all my music is in my itunes file as an M4P file and this older MP3 player dosnt recognize the music files. i need help to convert these files so they will work. help Christams is comming soon
