When the Healthcare Bill requires US to obtain insurance in Jan. 2010 under penalty of law; fines or jail?
….and the subsidies for the poor do not come into play until 2014 to help the poor and lower class, How do the POOR obey the law..? Has anyone realized this but ME?

The bill hasn't even been signed. There is no requirement to obtain insurance in Jan 2010.

You really need to get the facts before you ask question like this. There is no requirement to obtain insurance in January of 2010. The bill isn't even law yet. Subsidies come into effect the same time the requirements do, and no one is going to jail.

Nothing happens in 2010 other than everyones taxes going up. Theres no actual so-called healthcare plan until 2014. Thats when the fines and jail threats begin.

Perhaps if you would read the bill, you would note that the insurance requirement does not kick in until 2014.
