Spotting from starting Yaz 3 days late?

I didn't get my newest pack of Yaz birthcontrol pills in time, so I got them on Monday when I needed them on Saturday. It said to take two when I first got them and two the next day, then continue as normal.

I'm about to take the two for today.

However, I've had some spotting (not bad, but not "light"). Will this go away? Did I wait too long so I'll sorta just get my period?

Spotting is really normal when taking the pill late. For a lot of women, it's normal even when taking the pill on time. Though annoying, slight spotting doesn't signify any health problems unless it is heavy, discolored, or carrying an odor. Since your back on to taking the pill and doubling up for the needed period of time, it's unlikely that you'll get your period, but still possible.
