why does snow taste better than regular water and ice?

it tastes different than ice and water. I'm wondering if there is any chemical reasoning behind it?

There is no differance between the chemical structures of snow and water, but snow isn't "purified". Purified water usually has chemicals added to it like chlorine or ozone.
