Okay, I've been doing a lot of research to figure out how to work out properly. And people throw around the terms toned/defined/mass/bulk and I'm not entire sure what they mean. I am an 18 year old male and want to look big. Essentially I want the beach body, 8-pack and large arms look, and I am aware It'll take a while and fully intend to last it out but I want to make sure I am doing it right. So high calorie diet? Low calorie diet? High rep? Low rep? Thanks in advance for the help.

I want to start working out now so that I should be in pretty good shape by the summer. Basically, I want to look big, so I figure my workout should focus on more weight, less reps. (I use enough weight so that I can do 3 sets of 8 reps before I am too tired to continue) So my question is which of the following would be a better routine?

Monday-Chest, Biceps, Triceps

Wednesday-Abs, Legs

Friday- Back, Shoulders

or

Monday-Upper Body

Wednesday-Abs/Legs

Friday-Upper Body

Which of these sound better? Also let me know if you have any additional tips for me. I'm 5' 4" and about 130. Get about 70-80 grams of protein on workout days. 50-60 on off days. Feel free to add any recommendations. I want to make sure I am getting the most out of my workouts and keeping my time productive. Thanks.

I'm 16 and I want to look big. So I've been working out and seeing a little progress but am wondering if perhaps there's more I can be doing that would be more productive. My current workout is: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

15 bicep curls (machine) x3 --25lbs

15 tricep pulldowns (machine) x3 --35lbs

15 pushed bench presses (machine) x3 --45lbs

25 weighted crunches (ball) x2 --5lbs

25 reverse crunches x2

50 pointers x2

I'm really looking for that nice summer body. Let me know what you think and if you have any tips/ recommendations. Thanks.

I have fallout 3 for the PC and the DLC's are extremely glitchy. Certain weapons don't work corectly in V.A.T.S. and perks fail. I was kind of hoping that bethesda would follow up on the work of their game and fix this. Is there any news of this? Has anyone heard anything? Thanks for the help.

Looking for a good pair of in-ear headphones between 50 and 100 dollars. I used to own a pair of Bose in ears, but they wound up breaking and I am again in search. I thought the bose sounded great but after reading some reviews I found many saying that I could get greater quality for a similar price or headphones with similar quality for a lower price. i cant afford any of the ati 5800 series because they're so popular the prices keep rising. does nvidia plan to compete at all with this series in the near future? I heard something was supposed to be released October 30th but nothing came out. Am I going to see a significant difference in a 6GB ram system than I will in a 4GB ram? Could I put OCZ triple channel Ram into my dual channel mobo? Any answers would be appreciated...also, if you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.

im somewhat torn between buying a 4870x2 and a 5870...they 4870x2 seems like the better product as it is cheaper and it is cheaper and dual-gpu...but the 5870 has directx 11...=/ im torn...any advise would be great

Need a new video card. My 9500gt isnt doin it for me. Especially on a 25 inch hanns-g. Any recommendations? Nvidea, ATI, i dont care whichever will run game graphics on the highest settings.

I have these 3 in mind so far. Which do you think would work better for games like Oblivion, Fallout 3, Crysis, etc. Also if you have a recommendation of another video card feel free to throw that in, but im trying to keep it around 200 (a little above or below wont hurt). Ok...I just got into the "build your own computer game" so im relatively new at this stuff so here goes.

Right now, I wanna play somewhat high power games (ex. oblivion, fallout 3, etc.) Nothing crazy like Crysis. But I want to be able to play them on full high graphics. Ok, currently I have an ASUS 9500gt 512MB DDR3 card in my computer...Running on Athlon x2 5200 (I know, spare me the harassment). However, I'm also lookin at a crappy 15 inch dell monitor whose resolution maxes out at 1024 x 768.

Thus, my questions are...

1) What's first? I want a phenom II x4 955, an ati 4890 and a 24" monitor...all cost around 200...i can only get one right now. Which should I go for first.

2) Will my ASUS card be able to handle a new monitor running at 1080p while boosting Oblivion on very high graphics.

I seriously hate looking at this tiny 15 inch dell that I've been using for 6 years. But, I'd rather see nice graphics on there than some disheveled mess on a 24 inch...Any help would be great. If you need extra detail to help you improve your answer let me know, and ill post it up. Thanks

im looking to get a new monitor for my pc. I want at least a 23 inch and I (being as uneducated as possible in resolution, contrast, etc) need to know some tips for buying monitors. First off some boast a 1:1000 contrast and some say 1:60000...however some say ASCR and some say ACM. These two can be used as examples.

I have no idea what the diffference is. They both look pretty nice. I'll be using this computer for some intensive gaming so I would like these graphics to be the most bang for my buck. im looking at buying a windows home premium disk that comes with a windows 7 upgrade "coupon." Can i use this coupon on a different computer than the one that the one i installed the windows vista on or must it be on the same computer?

only intel has 6 memory slots...why is that? I cant really afford an intel setup and amd works for me but in terms of upgrades for the future id like to know I have a little extra room. Any help would be great. Thanks.

my mobo says it supports dual channel memory. The ram i was looking at says it is triple channel. Is this a problem? Can i still use this memory? Btw my mobo supports DDR3 1333 and the RAM i want to purchase is DDR3 1066. Thanks for the help
