I plan to use some of my US appliances in Europe what could I buy to help adapt them to the outlets there?

specifically Finland

and also could you include where I could buy something like that and a price if you find one :)

    You need some voltage converters like the ones shown here:

    The wattage rating of the converter is important, make sure the device you want to power has a wattage rating that is less that the wattage rating of the converter, i.e don't plug 400watt TV into a 200 watt converter, it will blow the fuse. Not sure of the wattage use of your device? Every electronic device should have a sticker or marking that shows its power consumption in watts.

    I would plan on getting rid of most of them in the USA, and getting new ones in Europe when you get there. It will be much easier.

    For stuff you cannot replace, you at least a converter transformer, which at least should come with a plug adapter. You will need them to match or exceed the power of the device.

    For devices with a wall-wart adapter, it may be just as cost effective to get a replacement supply that has 230V input, and some devices may have 100-240V supplies, which just need a plug converter or new cord.
