Divorce finalized - he still has 60 days to fight it?

My divorce was finalized and approved by a judge today. My ex had signed a waiver so I didn't notify him of the court date as my lawyer advised me not to. Now he is upset (I think he will do everything in his power to contest every sentence in the decree just to make my life hell), and says that he still has 60 days to fight it. Is this true? How does that work?

I was so relieved thinking my nightmare was over for sure...now i'm not so certain...

Once the divorce is finalized, and signed by a judge, it's FINISHED! Your ex does not have a leg to stand on !

What a dumb lawyer. All this lawyer has done is convince you to be sneaky and in the end piss off your ex even more. He may just contest everything just to spite you. Next time you need a lawyer really think about what they are asking you to do. If you think it isn't right, don't agree to it.

No, it isn't true. Stop talking to him.
