Where do i go from here? I fell for a girl who didn't exist. I feel so stupid, so lost, please help.?

Hey, I feel stupid that this ever happened to me, i am a very good looking 23 year old male. I am very outgoing, i never met any girl over the internet before this. So it all started when this beautiful girl "Nessa Zollern" (fake name) Messaged me on myspace.

I usually don't message girls back all the time, but i was born so i thought why not. I messaged her back and we got a pretty nice conversation going. We exchanged interests and so on. Well we found out we both played a computer game (World of Warcraft) so after a couple days of talking we decided to make a couple new characters and play the game together. I called her on the phone and we would talk while we played. Nessa had a very heavy british sounding accent, but she said she was originally from germany and that she was an aristocrat. A few times she mentioned how much money her family had and pretty much said that she was set for life and so on. She seemed like the sweetest girl i had ever talked to. For the next month we talked EVERY single day on the phone when we woke up, until the time we went to sleep. This girl was AMAZING. We played the game together, she transfered her higher level characters over to play with me, she went and bought every game that i had bought and we had a blast playing and talking with each other.

If we were not on the game, and not on the phone, we were texting. At night time we would talk on the phone until we were both so tired that we would have to get off the phone. After a while of talking, getting close, just comparing how much we had in common which was A LOT, I asked her to be my girlfriend, and i knew it was stupid because she was over the internet and i never met her in person, but i was blown away by her beauty, her brains, and her personality. She accepted and we made it "facebook official" I was so excited, my whole life seemed to be changing, i met the perfect girl. So i thought. I am always the guy who just think things are to good to be true and i really didn't expect anything but i was just searching through her friends list and realized that every one of here friends only had like 15 friends and it was that small group of people that was in her pictures that was all friends together. They would all message on each other profiles like "happy birthday", "had so much fun this weekend" and have little funny fights and etc.. Well, i scroll down her wall and i go back like a few months, when i see her ex bf that she told me about that she said she dated for 2 1/2 years..

well i check his profile out to find that he had a bunch of pictures with her, but he photoshopped his face in them, which was weird that the didn't have real pictures because she said that she seen him all the time, and the signal that i got from that was that she also met him on the internet.

I confront her about it and i was just really upset, i didn't know what was going on, and i was starting to not believe the things she told me, which got me wondering if she was the person she said she was. I asked her to take a picture of herself holding a sign with my name on it. She did.. it hit me like a ton of bricks when i realized that the sign was obviously photoshopped into the picture of the girl that i thought i had been falling for.

All of her pictures were stolen off a girls page that probably has no idea that theirs a fake profile of her. There was hundreds of pictures, and all of her family and everything was on her facebook, but they were all accounts that she made.

All of her pictures matched the people on her friends list, but she just stole those pictures from this girls friends, renamed them and acted like they were her friends. I can tell you now that i do not know what this girls intentions were, but i can tell you that i will never forget this, and that it broke my heart.
