Help Finding A Techno/Dance Song?

This is kind of vague, but it's a woman singing. Sometimes she sort of goes whoaaa and it merges into a sort of techno noise, like her voice starts off with her voice then goes on into this noise.

I have (what i think) are some snippits of the lyrics that i can remember.

I'm pretty sure they're right, but i'm only going on what i think i heard.
