Hey guys. Basically I am running a sort of fitness session for a group of people each week and I need some ideas. The level of fitness within the group varies quite substantially, so I can't make the sessions too hard. The other issue is that I don't want it to seem like hard work, like I don't just want to turn up and get people running up and down the park or doing loads of sit-ups and stuff.

So I wondered if anyone out there had some good outdoor activities I could do, that will get the blood pumping, but not be too hard so that the less fit people feel alienated and stop coming.

I need stuff that doesn't really need equipment either, I could get some cones and them little ladder things, but nothing much more than that really.

So in summary, anyone know any fun outdoor exercises that can be enjoyed by everyone?

Real quick one hopefully.

With 50 numbers what is the probability of matching 3 numbers out of 6 being drawn?

So basically it's a lottery, so once one number has been drawn that number no longer comes up. I think I have worked out that matching all 6 numbers is 1/15.8million or so but matching 3 numbers surely isn't just a case of dividing that by 2?

Sorry if it's a crap explanation, hopefully you get what I mean.

I'm just curious if anyone has past experience on this. I'm looking to go to Nottingham Trent University, i need 240 UCAS points to get in. I was just wondering, what do you think the odds of getting in still are if I only get 220?

The point P lies on the curve with equation y = 4e^2x+1.

The y-coordinate of P is 8.

(a) Find, in terms of ln 2, the x-coordinate of P.

(b) Find the equation of the tangent to the curve at the point P in the form y = ax + b,

where a and b are exact constants to be found.

I'm not sure on how to do it and the mark scheme doesn't help. It's the C3 June 2008 Paper.

Ok, got another attempt at a question and need to know if i've failed, got it right, got the rigt working etc.

So here it is.

Show that the equation of the tangent to y = e^-3x at the point (0,1) is y = 1 - 3x

part B is

Find the area bounded by y = e^-3x, the axes and x= -1

Man C4 is hard :/

That's the question exactly as presented in my book. Can you show the working too? I have 1/2 - 1/2e^4

This is kind of vague, but it's a woman singing. Sometimes she sort of goes whoaaa and it merges into a sort of techno noise, like her voice starts off with her voice then goes on into this noise.

I have a USB 2.0 memory stick and USB 2.0 slots on my computer. Sometimes when i use my memory stick i get around 10MB/s

Most the time though i get about 2.5MB/s

When i use my Ipod i get 10MB/s pretty much constantly. Does anybody know what could be causing this? Whenever i'm transferring i make sure nothing else is running on my computer.

Any solutions/advice would be much appreciated!

I have a sony ericsson k800i and an LG viewty, i'm assuming that if it works on the K800i then it will work on the LG viewty.

I own a PS3 and Resistance Fall Of MAn my speed is adequate for no lag at 2000kbps download and 210kbps upload. I am wireless and loaded up speedtest using my Ps3 and speed came out at 1900kbps download 198 upload with 38 Ping. I simply shouldn't be lagging but sometimes it's terrible. (Like im dead before i can even start shooting :( )

My Ps3 seems to take forever loading internet pages like youtube too. Is there some reason why i lag so bad? Like i mentioned using my PS3 (which is conneted wirelessly) i still have more than adequate download and upload speeds to play lag free and yet it manages it. When i am downloading files from my PS3 it downloads at around 130 KB a second yet a page like youtuibe (as i said) takes forever

WHY??!?!?
