How do I get Task Scheduler to open a text file?

Using Win.XP.pro. I want to use task scheduler to open a text file at a certain time (as a visual alarm clock / reminder). Thanks.

Update:

It turns out that the problem is that I don't have a password on my daily use account. Task Scheduler works when I'm logged in w/ my admin account (which has a password) but not when I'm on my user account.

I found a work around via a free utility. It downloaded as WinCron, but installs as System Scheduler.

In the Actions tab of your Task, create a task to start a program.

    C:Windows\Notepad.exe

    Argument : C:\yourfolder\yourfilename.txt

    PS : I checked on Win7... I don't think it's very different that XP.
