The same way I can get a cheap Mercedes just because I really want one...oh wait, you can't.
If your funds are limited, you can check with rescues and shelters. Other than that you are out of luck. They cost that much for a reason. Have you ever considered how much ethical breeders spend. They have lots of costs to cover, like stock, food, registration fees, vet bills, medical testing, vaccinations, whelping and grooming supplies, etc. It adds up and 300 won't even begin to cover the costs they have for ONE dog. They are not going to lose money or cut corners just to give you a discount because you really want one.
I suggest that you do what everyone else has to do when they want something really, really bad. Save your money.

Try visiting shelters in your area and see if they have any Yorkie or Yorkie mixes you can rescue. You can also see if they have a website with pictures of the dogs they have there. There also might be a Yorkie rescue. Search for one near you on Google. If you rescue one all you'll need to pay for is a small adoption fee. When I adopted my dog I think it was $50.

You probably aren't unless you get one from a rescue. But if you find a breeder selling yorkies for $200, I would be very worried that it is a puppy mill.
Good luck.

Adopt one from a Yorkie Rescue organization. You won't pay over $200 and you'll be saving a life.

You may only be paying $200 - $500 now... but over the life of the dog with genetic defects that it'll probably have, you'll be paying thousands! Better to pay for a quality dog now.

check local shelters daily, check rescue shelters, newspapers, Pet Finder, Craigslist, and the Greensheet. You will be surprised. Prices vary all over....

from a back yard breeder or puppy mill of course - which if you have a conscience you wont.
Only other option is to buy/adopt an older one and that can be your donation to the shelter.

yeah dont buy one if your not willing to spend high money for a properly bred yorkie. Adopt one

Search for a yorkie rescue. Please do not buy from a breeder who offers a cheap dog- you will regret it and you are encouraging irresponsible breeding practices.

You can either get one from a rescue, or you can find a really crappy breeder that has really crappy dogs and spend your money at the vet instead.
