What can you buy someone for Christmas, who already has everything that they need?

I am having trouble coming up with a gift for my brother and sister in law, that they could both use, but have just about everything they need already! I'm trying to stay away from Gift Cards! Does anyone have any ideas that you can give me? I really have No Idea what to get them? What kind of presents do you give to your family members, that have just about everything they need?  How do you feel, when someone gets you a Gift Card as a gift, so you can go and buy whatever you need? Do you mind getting Gift Cards for Christmas?

I don't really MIND gift cards, but I don't really like them. They're not very holiday spirit-y. 
If they already ahve everything, a great idea is a gift of hope!

You buy an item like a goat or mango tree online, and with the money the foundation purchases one of those items and gives it to a poor family in a third world country.
It's very Christmasy and really in the spirit of giving.

I do not mind getting Gift Cards for presents, but I usually do with christmas because it doesn't go with the season.

- A new set of dishes/pans/pots/cups
-A bottle of wine
-Some nice christmas ornaments with their names on them
- A nice camera
- It also depends on how much money you are willing to spend
- A set of blankets
- Some candles
- A holiday decoration

Gift cards are kinda a lazy gift.... BUT BUT BUT! if you combine it with a nice card with a message from the heart, it packs that cheap little card fill with meaning!

I love gift cards especially getting them. It's pretty cool to get one for you favorite store, restraunt, or coffee place. It's not all that impersonal if you were to get them one for a place you know they both would enjoy together.

My sister is almost always wearing cardigans and vests, so I got her a cardi-vest, a "cross-breed" of both.

My brother loves graphic tees, so I got him a Vintage Seasame Street shirt.
