installing windows 95 games on vista 64 bit?

My dad wants to install sid meier's civil war general on his computer. What do i need to do to get it to work. anywhere i can get a patch for the game.

    JIM there doesnt know too much apparently.

    First try checking for a patch on the game site, if not then try changing the compatibility mode on the executable after you install, if that doesnt work, Use DOSBox. you can google these for more info.

    Unless the game has been re-released, it will not work. Windows 95 was built on the FAT32 file system whereas Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 are built on the NTFS file system
