What is the white yogurty stuff put in Frullati smoothies?

I get them at the mall all the time, and I was gonna try to make some of my own. Does anyone know what that white stuff they pour in all of there smoothies is? It looks like yogurt, but I know its not that cuz its runny. Anyone?

    yea yogurt. Most yogurt you get at the store contains alot of fat,which explains why its so thick most of the time so get a skim milk like version

    I'm pretty sure it's tapioca.
