For a year or so now I have been having bad middle right side abdominal pain. It seems to be a little better after a bowel movement. I also have similar pain in the middle of the night when I have to urinate. It usually gets a little better after urination. I have been told it is IBS but I consistenly have this abdominal pain. Antispasm drugs dont help.. Anyone have ideas?
