Did i mess up my tax refund?
I just did my tax return, I made 13000 dollars this year. Pay somewhere around 900 federal dollars. I am a dependent under my parents. I got like 90 dollars back, is this right?

Sounds close. Your tax if you made exactly $13K would be $755. Your refund is your overpayment - what you paid in for federal income tax, minus your tax.

If your parents claimed you, you are only able to use your standard deduction of $5450. That means that all the income over this is taxed.
The figures seem about right.
