Do animals have souls…. can they sin ?

yes, animals have souls. the scriptures tell us that the Lion will lay down with the lamb.

animals do not have the intelligience of a human, so without understanding, they cannot sin. It is like unto having the spirit of slumber that the scriptures speak about.

also, God loves all of His creation. If you have a pet that passed on, I believe you will see that pet in heaven.

I believe animals do have souls. And no, I don't think they can sin.

Because of that Sin we are vulnerable to all other Sin.

Yes but it is generic as in "breath of life." They cannot sin and they cannot know and relate with their Creator as God's human souls can. Life for them is all about instinct - food and sex. Hmmm...sounds like some people I know!
