I have prism corrections in my eyeglasses ± 1.0, Do I have to get the prism?
I want to use online shopping for my next pair of glasses. I love the selection and I can sort the choices by size for my GIANT head. :)
Most of the online retailers I have found do not offer prism, so if I do not get the prism What's the worst that can happen?
CORRECTION: the prism correction is 1.00 down or up. I wrongly assumed that down and up were plus and minus.

Your prism is for correcting a problem you have ,most likely either with double vision or problems converging, so without the prism in your glasses, whatever problem it was prescribed for won't be taken care of.
Are you sure it's prism you have ?...+ or - signs aren't used for prism
