I need to know if my dermal anchors are rejecting.?
I have my clavicle pierced and they are anchors and they have been bugging me for a while. They never used to itch, but now I feel like they itch a lot, and they ache sometimes as well. I clean them regularly and I also have emu oil that I put on them. I have also noticed that they are hanging down more. Are there any sure signs that tell me if my piercing is rejecting?

sad to say, but it sounds like they're trying to reject. you should post a picture for people to give a better judgment. unfortunately, once a piercing (especially a surface anchor) starts rejecting it, there's not much stopping it. do the warm sea salt soaks (1/4 teaspoon sea salt to 1 cup warm water) twice a day to help calm them and see your piercer when you can to ask what he/she thinks you should do.
