Can someone interpret this dream?

First off, I dreamt of The Biggest Loser, my favorite TV show of all time. (I want to lose weight so that's probably why I dreamt it). Then, this reality show popped up. It looked like it was set in high school and "dramatic" music was playing. In the hallway, there were these bran snacks that were 17 calories. There was this huge refrigerator with an unlimited supply of ice cream, so I took one out.

Then, my mom and I were outside our house. We heard a woman inside calling for help so we ran inside. She was giving birth. She looked about twenty-something years old. The father was a blonde-headed guy who looked like a teenager. The baby was out for some strange reason and I was cleaning him off. Everything around me was hazy except this baby. He was adorable -- he had bright blue eyes, freckles, and light skin. I was cleaning him off in a blanket and he just looked at me with the most adorable expression ever. He was laughing and started crawling. Then the dream ended.

What in the world does this dream mean?
