What does this Arabic phrase mean?

I disagree with the previous reply. Althoughالسائل does mean liquid, but in this context it means the person who is asking the question.

It means:

وما - this means "and what"

السائل - The person who is asking the question

أعلم - has more knowledge

بالمسؤل - about the question

يا سونجا - oh Sonjia

يا حبيبتي - my love.

The translation is (but not limited to):

Who has better knowledge about the question than the person who is asking the question, oh Sonjia my love.

The liquid Palmswl you know, my beloved Sonja

Whatever that is suppose to mean ?

وما السائل أعلم بالمسؤل يا سونجا يا حبيبتي

(That in Engllish translates to:)

The liquid is water you know, my beloved Sonja.
